How to install JUTAI Infrared Curtain Photocell? We have also listed the installation drawings step by step for customers' reference, making the installation simple, easy and fast.
Operation Steps
- Remove Covers and Connect Wires: Remove the top and bottom covers of the sensor. Connect the wires and lead the thread end out through the threaded port.
- Position and Mark Holes: Confirm the installation position of the sensor. Align the transmitter and receiver in parallel. Mark the positions for the holes on the wall.
- Drill and Fix: Use a percussion drill to create holes at the marked locations on the wall. Insert wall plugs into the holes and secure them with screws.
- Mount Transmitter and Receiver: Use M3*25 screws to mount the transmitter and receiver on the wall. Connect the power supply and test the alignment of the sensor. If needed, adjust the angle by rotating the aluminum tube. Once aligned, lock the rotating screw securely.
- Replace Covers and Final Testing: Secure the top and bottom covers of the sensor using M2*8 screws. Perform a final test to ensure proper operation of the sensor.
