Working Principle
The system comprises an emitter and receiver forming a light curtain. The emitter projects parallel infrared beams to the receiver. When an object interrupts these beams, the receiver detects the signal change and triggers safety protocols.
Unique Blanking Function
If beams are blocked sequentially from top to bottom, the relay is not triggered (normal door closing). However, if bottom beams are obstructed during closing, the relay signal activates, preventing accidents while maintaining operational efficiency.

Installation Guidelines
Step 1: Remove Covers and Connect Wires
Detach top and bottom covers, establish necessary wire connections, and route thread end through designated port.
Step 2: Position and Mark Holes
Align transmitter and receiver in parallel to determine correct installation position. Precisely mark hole positions on wall for accurate drilling.
Step 3: Drill and Fix
Use percussion drill to create holes at marked positions. Insert wall plugs and secure with screws.
Step 4: Mount Transmitter and Receiver
Attach transmitter and receiver to wall using M3*25 screws. Connect power supply and test alignment. Adjust angle by rotating aluminum tube if necessary, then tighten rotating screw securely.
Step 5: Replace Covers and Final Testing
Reattach top and bottom covers with M2*8 screws. Conduct comprehensive test to ensure proper functionality.
