Product Concept
This detector is designed around configuration flexibility. Two loop channels are combined with six selectable working modes so the same hardware can be used for different parking-barrier, access-control and traffic-management strategies. The installer chooses the required behavior with DIP switches rather than replacing the detector when the lane logic changes.
CH1 and CH2 can work together as a direction-sensing pair or separately as independent presence channels. Other modes provide pulse behavior associated with vehicle arrival or departure. This multi-mode structure is useful for integrators managing projects with varied entrance, exit and passage-control requirements.
Overview of the Six Modes
Mode 1: Direction-related pulse logic based on the CH1/CH2 sequence
Mode 2: Direction-related presence logic with a different relay timing pattern
Mode 3: Alternative directional presence behavior for another sequence requirement
Mode 4: CH1 and CH2 operate as separate presence outputs
Mode 5: Pulse output when a vehicle enters CH1 or CH2
Mode 6: Pulse output after a vehicle leaves CH1 or CH2
Sensitivity and Frequency Setup
Both detection channels have eight sensitivity settings from 0.015% to 0.8%. Frequency is selectable in four steps—High, Medium-High, Medium-Low and Low—within approximately 20-100kHz. This gives the installer two independent tools for optimizing detection and controlling cross-talk in multi-loop environments.
Vehicle Presence Management
The detector can be configured for permanent presence, where a vehicle remains detected until it leaves the loop or the detector is manually reset. In normal mode, automatic reset takes place after approximately 10 minutes of continuous presence. A special sensitivity increase function is also provided for trailer applications.

Installation Considerations
The loop perimeter determines the recommended number of turns. For example, the manual specifies six turns for a 3-4m loop perimeter and two turns for loops above 20m. For dual-loop directional layouts, the manual shows CH1 and CH2 as separate road loops positioned sequentially along the lane.

Reset Button Note: The LD-200 must be reset every time a setting change is made to the Dip switches.
Installation Guidelines
- Coil cutting size should be rectangle: length 1.0 to 2.0 meters, width 0.8 to 1.2 meters
- Avoid right angles at corners as much as possible
- Use ferromagnetic wires for induction coil, total length up to 500 meters
- Keep product plug and socket in vertical direction during installation

Working Principle
Entry Process
- Car enters community/parking lot, pressing two loop coils simultaneously
- LD-200/202 triggers UHF reader at entrance
- UHF reader reads card ID and sends to controller via Wiegand output
- Controller verifies ID validity and outputs relay signal to open gate barrier
- Car enters, barrier arm lowers automatically
- LD-100/102 provides safety and anti-smashing functionality
Exit Process
- Car exits community/parking lot, passing inside UHF reader
- LD-200/LD-202 triggers UHF reader to read card and send ID to controller
- Controller verifies ID validity and outputs relay signal to open gate barrier

Direction Recognition
The Direction Recognition Function ensures the double channels loop detector does not trigger the signal again when the car passes another UHF reader, recording only entry or exit records in the system.
Independent Operation Mode
The JUTAI LD-200/202 Double Channel Loop Detector can also function as two independent single-channel loop detectors, suitable for standard one-in and one-out parking lots.
