The CG15-8L12 is a compact industrial infrared safety light curtain designed for high-speed doors, garage doors, loading dock doors, roller shutter doors, cold storage doors and other automatic industrial door systems.
The system consists of a transmitter and receiver working together to create an infrared protection grid across the door opening. When a person, vehicle or obstacle interrupts the detection area, the sensor provides a relay signal to the connected door controller.
With an overall sensor length of approximately 1500 mm, 8 infrared beams, a working distance of up to 12 meters, and an IP67 fully protected housing, the CG15-8L12 is designed for reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
The sensor uses 8 infrared detection beams to create a protection zone across automatic door openings.
